ImageToolPro is a free browser-based image toolkit with 9 tools: compress an image to a target size (20 KB to 1 MB), resize photos and signatures for exam and job forms, make passport photos with a print sheet, convert between JPG, PNG and WebP, crop, bulk resize to a ZIP file, remove EXIF data, add a text watermark and convert images to Base64. Your files are processed on your device and are never uploaded to a server.

Image Compressor – Compress Image to 100KB, 50KB or Any Size

Set a target size and the tool lowers quality, and shrinks the dimensions slightly if needed, until the file fits. Useful for PPSC, FPSC, NTS and other form uploads.

Image Resizer – Resize Photo & Signature for Exam Forms

Resize by pixels or percent, or pick a preset for PPSC, FPSC, NTS, CSS, NADRA, PMS Punjab, bank and exam signature uploads. Exact pixels and KB limit.

Passport Size Photo Maker – Print Sheet on 4×6 or A4

Crop your photo to a passport size and download a single photo or a print-ready sheet. Check your country's rules first, this tool does not remove backgrounds.

Image Converter – Convert to JPG, PNG or WebP

Convert PNG to JPG, JPG to PNG or WebP, and more, instantly in your browser. JPG and WebP are lossy formats, and transparent areas become white in JPG.

Image Cropper – Crop Online, Square, Circle or Free

Upload an image, then drag on it to choose the crop area. Pick a ratio or circle mode first if you need one.

Bulk Image Resizer – Resize Many Images and Download a ZIP

Select up to 50 images, set one size, and download all results in a single ZIP file. If you enter both width and height, each image is fitted inside that box.

EXIF Metadata Remover – Remove GPS and Camera Data

See the hidden EXIF data in a JPEG (camera, date, GPS location) and download a clean copy with all metadata removed before you share it.

Image Watermark – Add Your Text to Photos

Add a text watermark to protect your own images before sharing them. Choose text, size, colour and position.

Image to Base64 Converter

Convert an image to a Base64 string, data URI, HTML img tag or CSS background, with one-click copy.

How these image tools work

Each tool loads your image into your browser, redraws it on a canvas and saves the result as a new file. Nothing is sent to a server, so large or private photos stay on your device. Compression to a target size lowers quality first and shrinks dimensions only if the target cannot be reached.

Good to know

  • PNG has no quality setting, so a PNG can only get smaller by reducing its dimensions. JPG or WebP reach small sizes more easily.
  • The EXIF scanner reads JPEG files only. PNG and WebP files are still cleaned when you download the copy.
  • Passport photo rules differ by country. Check the official requirements before you print or upload.
  • Results depend on your browser. Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari all work; WebP output needs a recent version.

Frequently asked questions

Open the Compress tab, upload your image, choose the 100 KB preset and click Compress. The tool lowers the quality, and reduces the dimensions slightly if needed, until the file is under 100 KB.
Common sizes are PPSC and NTS 300×300 px under 100 KB, FPSC and CSS 150×200 px under 50 KB, NADRA 170×200 px under 100 KB and PMS Punjab 200×230 px under 50 KB. Always confirm with the current advertisement, as requirements can change.
Open the Convert tab, upload the PNG, choose JPG and download the result. Transparent areas become white because JPG does not support transparency.
Open the Passport tab, upload a front-facing photo, choose 35×45 mm or 2×2 inch (or enter your own size) and create the photo. Download it as a single image or as a print sheet for 4×6 inch or A4 paper.
Open the Crop tab, upload the image, choose Circle mode, drag on the image to select the area and click Crop. The result is saved as a PNG with a transparent background.
No. All processing happens in your browser, so your photos never leave your device.
EXIF is hidden data stored in photos, such as camera model, date taken and GPS location. The tool shows what a JPEG contains and gives you a clean copy without any metadata.
